2024年1月11日，美國CPSC和加拿大衛生部宣布對中國產兒童自行車頭盔實施召回。
此次召回產品為Scout Retrospec型號的兒童自行車頭盔。產品尺寸為XS和S，顏色有：Blippi、Blush、Brash Blue、Chameleon、Cool Mint、Matte Forest Green、Matte Black、Matte Navy、Matte White、Matte Burnt Orange、Matte Green、Matte Royal Blue、Matte Whisper Pink。
產品不符合對頭盔覆蓋范圍、穩定性和標簽等要求，在發生碰撞時，可能無法提供保護，有造成使用者頭部受傷的危險。
此次召回的產品于2019年2月-2023年3月銷售，在美國售出約72000件，加拿大約150件，售價為18-23美元。
截止目前，未有事故和人員傷亡報告。
CPSC和加拿大衛生部建議消費者立即停止使用該產品，并聯系Retrospec以獲得全額退款。
